Chinese company Xiaomi announced the addition of a new tool in the proprietary shell MIUI 10. Utility WhatsApp Cleaner will clear the place on the smartphone, occupied by multimedia messenger files.
The WhatsApp Cleaner utility is located in the Security application. It removes all multimedia files associated with the WhatsApp application from the mobile device’s memory, including pictures, videos, GIFs, voice messages, and so on. You can delete one kind of files separately from others, for example, all audio files, and leave clips and photos.
The WhatsApp Cleaner utility is currently available in the international beta version of the MIUI 10 shell and will soon appear in stable MIUI 10, which has just started coming out for Xiaomi smartphones.
