We were lucky to test it before the official start of sales and check how smart he is. Now we are in a hurry to share our research with you.
Equipment
The delivery package OPPO always pleased: phone, charging (2A), micro USB cable, documentation, SIM-clip, as well as a silicone case and a glossy film, already pasted on the screen. Design and Ergonomics

Of the drawbacks – the absence of the oleophobic coating, prints are difficult to erase.The plastic body lays firmly in the hand and does not slip, but tactilely loses the glass. For caretakers, a transparent silicone case is enclosed in the kit, and a film is glued on the display.
Screen
The aspect ratio of the 6.23-inch display is 19: 9, and the resolution is 2280×1080 pixels, which gives a density of 405 PPI. This is more than enough to prevent the eye from seeing the graininess. In comparison, with classic smartphones, the screen is stretched out here, which suggests that it really is so necessary? Well, firstly, when there is a solid screen in your hand, it’s just cool, and secondly, in all applications, more information is displayed on this screen. Very carefully retouches the face, without turning the skin into a wax apple, without narrowing her cheekbones, widening her eyes and so on. I do not know how seriously that “artificial intelligence” is involved, but I really like the SELFI with Oppo F7. At the exit, we always have excellent detailing, no over-exposure, and the correct white balance.

The following parameters are available in PRO mode: exposure metering mode, ISO sensitivity (from 100 to 3200), shutter speed (from 1/8000 s to 16 s), exposure compensation, manual focus and white balance in Kelvin (2000K to 9000K). After the Ultra HD mode is activated, the images are stored at a resolution of 64 megapixels for better detail, and the difference is noticeable. There is no RAW-format support.
Chips
Of course, F7 is able to recognize the face of its owner. He does it without errors and delays. If lighting is not enough, the screen twists the backlight to the maximum to highlight the candidate’s face to access the smartphone.
The second feature is gestures. They work perfectly. There is practically no false recognition.
