The company Yota Technologies, formerly Yota Devices, introduced a new generation of YotaPhone in Hong Kong. The model is called Yota 3+.
It is noted that Yota 3+ is an international trial version of a dual-screen smartphone. It is based on the new platform YETI 4 and almost did not change in hardware characteristics in comparison with last year’s Yota 3.
It is equipped with a 5.5-inch main AMOLED-display and a 5.2-inch screen based on E-Ink on the rear panel, cameras for 12 and 13 megapixels, a battery capacity of 3300 mAh. The operating system is now used by Android 8.1 Oreo, instead of the former Android 7.1 Nougat.
he new version of the software gives more opportunities for interaction with the auxiliary display from behind. The function App2Back allows you to run any applications on it, Always-On allows you to display useful information on the base of the widgets on a permanent screen. Also from this screen, you can read, take screenshots, do selfies with output images to the rear display, and so on.
