When I saw the Sony WF-SP900, I thought at first it was just wireless headphones separated-gags. But, as it turned out, Sony was able to go further and fit in this small format music player!
But, in general, it’s right to call them headphones with player functions. The main task of WF-SP900 is to play music from a smartphone or player if suddenly you still have such things. But if you want to swim with the music, then 4 gigabytes of memory is just the way. Pour your favorite tracks there and run into the water. Only the melting for yourself and special ambichure for headphones do not forget.
In general, headphones surprise in size. A special box, where they are charged, is slightly larger than a similar case for AirPods. The headphones Sony, of course, a little more, but that’s it, that “a little”:
Headphones are dustproof and waterproof to IP68 standard. This allows them to swim and run through the deserts into a dust storm. The maximum depth is 2 meters, where you can stay up to 30 minutes.
In headphone mode, these Sony can work for 3 hours. Then they can be thrown into the case and recharged. And so four times, that is, a total of 12 hours in the listening mode of music. But in the player mode, WF-SP900 work longer: 6 hours from one charge and 21 from one charge case.
Sony WF-SP900 – headphones “reinforcing” type. They have much less dynamics than the analogs, but the sensitivity is at the same level as the 13.5-millimeter speakers.
And here is the set of headphones:
The Sony WF-SP900 headphone / player will be available in November.
